BrunoBruno Lopes de Araújo is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Agricultural Development, Faculty of Agronomy and Forestry Engineering, Eduardo Mondlane University, Maputo, Mozambique. He actually lectures Trade and Marketing, and Rural Finance. He obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, United States of America (1998-1999) and a BSc with honors degree in Agronomy at the Eduardo Mondlane University, Maputo, Mozambique (1985-1990). He previously worked for a Bank (1976-2002). As a Lecturer (2003 to date), he has particular interest in food security issues, including sustainable land use management and water related issues. He had been involved in a research on Rural Livelihoods and on Cassava processing for food security.
